Q: Can I ship a record to be cut?
A: Yes! Feel free to contact me for the address to ship records. However, I do not offer a discount for customer provided albums. The majority of the cost of the products is the labor/process to create the piece.
Q: What if I want a specific album not on your inventory?
A: There are a couple of options: You can purchase the album and mail it to me -- I prefer you try and purchase the album at a local record store! Or, I can search the local shops and give you cost options. Contact for address to ship albums.
Q: Do you offer framing?
A: Unfortunately, I do not currently offer any framing options. Here is the Display Suggestions page with information and examples of displaying your piece.
Q: Do you offer wholesale prices for retail outlets?
Q: I have an idea for a piece and I don't see it in your shop. Do you do custom work?
A: Yes! While I love cutting skylines, it's always fun to work on a new project! From old bands, skylines, logos ---anything really--- I'd be happy to work with you on a custom design. Please use the contact page to get started on your unique piece!
Q: Eek! I waited way too long to get a gift. Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: First, a thoughtful gift is never late. Second, yes! Contact me and I can give you the options for quicker shipping. Our standard is ship in 2-5 business days, with a 2-4 day shipment time.
Q: Your pieces look so fragile! How do you ship the pieces to make sure they are safe?
A: Good news! I have shipped 3,000+ pieces in the last three years and only 6 have been reported broken in shipment. That's a pretty decent average (we quickly replaced the 6 pieces...free of charge). I place two cardboard inserts on either side of thick bubble wrap, with your piece sandwiched in between. With this method, the shipping cost is a bit higher than shipping regular albums, but the safety of your piece is the first priority.
